.. send back the equipment ?

Please follow these 4 simple steps to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Organize

Before packing, make sure to:

• Turn off the sensor(s).
• Place all accessories and components back into the briefcase.

2. Package

• Put the briefcase inside a cardboard box (you can reuse the one originally provided).
• Print and attach the return label that was sent to you by email.
• For added safety during transport, seal the box securely using strong adhesive tape.

3. Ship

Drop off the package at your local shipping service.

4. Confirmation

Once we receive the return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
